I think Lee Yo Won looks very much like a typical traditional, conservative korean lady. Like how Kwon Sang Woo’s character (Kang Yong Ki) describes her (Na In Jung) in Bad Love, “when she smiles, her eyes smile first”.
Personally, I think Lee Yo Won is like a breath of fresh air in Korea’s showbiz. She almost doesn’t look suited for the camera, because she has this very simple and ordinary air about her. Not saying that she isn’t pretty; she definitely is. But somehow, she seems too innocent (or maybe nonchalant?). Like she doesn’t care about how popular she is. She just wants to do her job (i.e. acting) well and lead a happy married life. And that makes her more endearing to me.
