Choi Ji Woo is a timeless beauty. So simple & yet very sophisticated & pure. She’s a great actress who could play any part whether it’s romance, comedy, action, thriller or melodrama. My most favorite Korean dramas were Stairway to Heaven, Winter Sonata & Beautiful Days. I like Air City, too, it’s so different from the parts she used to play. I just hope she gets partnered again with Kwon Sang Woo & Bae Yong Joon soon (ofcourse with happy endings). I hope she finds her Mr. Right soon. Ji Woo, good luck & God bless you.
I have become a fan of Choi Ji Woo. I first saw her in Air City and thought the movie was really good. Ji Woo’s acting was very good in this movie and I think she paired well together with Lee Jung Jae even though they never seem to be able to get together for lone. They wer always getting interupted.
Yes I agree that Ji Woo is very beautiful. I was hoping for another installment of Air City but I guess not as it was so poorly received in Korea.
I will be on the look out for new movies that Ji Woo will be in.
Choi Ji Woo is still my top #1 favorite star since 8 years ago. I watched her movie and TV series over and over again such as Winter Sonata and Air City. I don’t understand why Air City was not popular in Korea. I don’t like some of the story especially the last one since I did not see Choi Ji Woo involved too much there. I looked for all her old movie and TV drama. I found one in Love series called ‘message’, which is a 2 hours drama with Song Seung Hun. I hope to see more good movie or TV series with Choi Ji Woo and Song Seung Hun. Looking forward to all her new series.
I heard that Bad Couple has higher rating than Air City, so I bought that drama but I can’t finish it. I don’t understand why Korean people would prefer Bad Couple than Air City. It’s completely no comparison.
I heard that Bad Couple did better than Air City and can’t understand it either. The story line in Air City was much better and yes there is no comparison. I have been watching Air City over and over again. Too bad there will not be another installment of this movie as I would have loved it if she would have been able to have a happy ending. I am looking forward to more movies from Ji Woo.
I really did not understand why Air City got a low rating in South Korea because in my opinion it was one of the best Korean drama I ever watched. It’s so different from the usual Korean drama where the hero or heroine died or too melodramatic. Air City was perfect in everyway, good storyline (action, romance & comedy), good casts of great actors & very educational. I’m sure it will do better internationally. I just hope they continue the series wtih the same casts.
I adore Choi Ji Woo’s beautiful face. She can be the next Estee Lauder cosmetic model. Her face has dignity and royalty look, flawless. I began liking her after watching Winter Sonata with Bae Yoon Jung. They are a hit!!! I hope that producers will make another movie or drama with the two of them.
So she’s still single? Why not Kwon Sang Woo and her hook up. They’re both single and have good chemistry together.

Air City’s rating was not bad at all. They were mostly 2 digit numbers on each episodes, unlike some the most recent dramas I saw which have 1 digit ratings like The Robbers starring Lee Da Hae & Jang Hyuk & Bad Love starring Kwon Sang Woo. I wish they produce Air City #2. I love Air City, very different from any other Korean dramas. Choi Ji Woo, Lee Jung Jae & Lee Jin Wook did great acting. Ji Woo is the best (beautiful, elegant, sophisticated & talented). I can’t wait til her next project. I hope she & Kwon Sang Woo collaborate again in another drama or movie very soon.
Wake up directors & producers. I’m pretty sure their collaboration will be greatly appreciated & rated by both their fans who missed them so much.
